The Administrative Assistant II (AA) to the Dean of Allied Health provide advanced clerical support to the Dean; maintains department operations; and supports faculty in course delivery.

  • Delivers executive support to Dean, including schedule management, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc.
  • Performs and completes tasks and assignments associated with college and department operations, including processing complex documents and/or transactions.
  • Provides support and direction to students majoring in AHD programs
  • Conducts research using a variety of sources to complete, prepare, assemble, process, and/or generate reports and other documentation, or to respond to inquiries, questions or requests
  • Using varied computer software tools, maintains databases and enters data to and from forms, records, reports, and/or other sources
  • Monitors use of and maintains supplies, equipment, and/or facilities

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from accredited university and one (1) year of related work experience OR High school diploma *and* three (3) years’ related work experience
  • Knowledge and experience using internet, email, and MS Office software products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
  • Skill in interpersonal relations and in dealing with the public

Associates degree in Business Administrative Technology *and* One (1) year of related work experience OR High school diploma or equivalent *and* `Two (2) years of related work experience.
