Under supervision, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Release Coordinator, coordinates with the Georgia Access technical vendors, reviews and approves testing and technical release plans, monitors the pre- and post-release verification activities, and tracks the release schedule deadlines.

Monitors the performance and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process in coordination with the technical vendors and the Eligibility and Policy Team.

Defines and manage system change management process, release schedule, and implementation roadmap in coordination with management and vendors.

Facilitates release planning meetings with key stakeholders to identify proper sequencing of release packages, risks and mitigation strategies.

Coordinates with technical vendors to review, sign off, and disseminate technical project deliverables (e.g., release notes, approvals, communications, contact lists, and pre and post release verifications activities).

Assists with the technical implementation and testing for go-live periods as needed.

Manages system release schedules and implementation.

Develops and controls the project schedules, and assigns responsibilities where appropriate.

Performs other duties assigned.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related specialty from an accredited college or university AND Ten years of job specific experience that includes system analysis, design and development, and relationship management.
