The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Housekeeper Manager at Georgia Regional Hospital – Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA. 

Job Grade: D

Salary $32,540.00

Job Description:

This position is responsible daily direct supervision of the housekeeping staff.  Planning and scheduling to ensure all areas of the hospital are covered with housekeeping staff to complete daily Environmental Services goals.  Tracking payroll in Kronos.  Ordering and maintaining needed inventory in online ordering system. This position is also responsible for training housekeeping staff. This position is needed to provide; to provide training and structure that will allow us to be in compliance with all federal, state and local rules and regulations as well as ORS, JCAHO and other agency standards.

One year of experience as a supervisor in related area of assignment OR One year of experience at the lower level Housekeeper 3 (FES042) or position equivalent.
