The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking candidates for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant to the AMH Program Director at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.

Salary:  $45,915.00

Job Grade F

Job Summary:

This administrative position directly reports to the AMH Program Director and Social Services Chief. The job duties will be leave keeping for about 50 staff and E-procurement.  Also, recording minutes for four (4) committees, off and onboarding employees, DSS Reports, TIP Program Support.

 

Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards: 

Provides administrative support to assigned area

Provides program, administrative, and/or technical assistance to customers and staff.  Researches and resolves detailed program or client issues/questions and prepares documents

Support routine administrative functions for the office

Organizational Skills  -  Interpersonal Skills.

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university OR Two years of related experience.
