Testing Specialist
Under general supervision, the GED Examiner/Test Administrator is responsible for providing testing and testing services to customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successfully complete new test administrator training and certification as required
- Ensure daily delivery of testing exam. Demonstrate good customer service and ensure testing environment is comfortable and testing equipment (computers, calculators) if authorized, is user-friendly as required at all times
- Understands and compiles with all testing procedures
- Admit examinees, verifies identification and explains the exam process
- Monitors examinees while testing for possible cheating and disruptive behavior
- Maintains a secure testing environment
- Communicates with internal departments to investigate, identify and repair technical issues as needed
- Strictly adheres to company policies using careful judgement
- Submit incident reports as needed in a timely manner
- Prepares all appropriate exam materials for use during testing
- Maintain testing files
- Conduct testing under standard conditions or with special accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities
- Other duties as assigned
