Compliance and Reporting Analyst - State Based Exchange

Under general supervision, the Compliance and Reporting Analyst, coordinates the rollout of new or updated reporting requirements and mechanisms across the Exchange and with division staff to collect and aggregate data while supporting annual programmatic and financial audits.

Implements the defined processes for collecting and presenting data from division staff to monitor program compliance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Exchange.

Develops and implements federal compliance reporting processes, including collating enrollment metrics, performance monitoring data, financial reports, and accounting records.

Coordinates with relevant division staff to prepare annual and ad hoc reports, including enrollment metrics, financial reports, and accounting records.

Coordinates with division staff to collect required Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)  required financial and programmatic audit materials.

Ensures compliance with state and federal reporting regulations.

Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans.

Prepares and presents detailed reports on compliance status, audit findings, and corrective actions to management.

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proactive risk management and compliance.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of job-related experience; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Compliance Business Analyst 2 (RCP031) or position equivalent.
