Employment Terms: This job is a part-time, non-benefited, FLSA Exempt/Professional position in the Computer Science Division that reports to the Program Director – Web Design
Minimum Requirements (Job Code 10317):
Bachelor’s degree in field and 18 graduate hours in field; OR Master’s degree in field. Must have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Faculty must be credentialed to satisfy all appropriate accrediting bodies for the courses assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science related field. Working knowledge of Web Design and Development, PHP, Ruby, Python, Advanced JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, LAMP Stack, Photoshop, Flash, InDesign, Illustrator, Canvas, Java, and .NET. Teaching or Industry experience with Web development is ideal.

Job Description:
Prepares and delivers lecture and/or lab course material in one or more of the following courses: Web Design and Development, Advanced Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign), Mobile Development, Advanced Scripting (JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, Ruby, Perl, LAMP, etc.), MySQL, .NET/C#/ ASP/Node.js, Hosting Websites, HTML5, CSS, PHP I & II, Ruby on Rails, Java Program Design and Development/Systems Analysis and design
Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepares lesson plans for classroom instruction for specified courses. (10%)
Evaluates students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives. (25%)
Prepares and maintains all required documentation and administrative reports.
Complies and submits reports in a timely manner. 10%
