Job Description:

Job Summary:

Under supervision, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a small project or phases of a larger project, identifying resources needed on the project team, coordinating project activities, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of the project. Communicates with the Program Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of smaller projects, from onboarding to implementation.

· Meet with customers to clarify specific requirements of each project.

· Create and maintain appropriate project documentation.

· Establish project scope, project schedule and project costs, and manage changes.

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

· Track project performance to keep projects on time, within scope and within budget.

· Provide weekly updates to project team and Program Manager.

· Track project expenditures to keep project within budget; escalate when project at risk of exceeding budget.

· Report and escalate to Program Manager as needed.

· Develop comprehensive plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

· Develop strong client relationships, both internal and external to the project team

· Communicate effectively to internal and external customers regarding progress, status and issues.

· Plan and facilitate project meetings; prepare and disseminate agendas and meeting minutes.

· Assist Program Manager with activities for medium/large projects.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED AND one year of professional level experience related to the area of assignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Five years of experience managing technology projects, including software, hardware, or infrastructure, from conception to implementation.

· Proficient in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, and Sharepoint.

· Experience with budget management and risk management.

· Experience with Google Meets and Zoom.

· Ability to manage project timelines, set realistic deadlines and track progress effectively.

· Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve issues or problems that may arise in a project.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly convey information to others.

· Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

· Attention to detail and desire for accuracy.
