Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

This is hourly paid work performing administrative, clerical, and general office duties. This position is part-time and requires less than 30 hours per week and is not eligible for benefits.

NOTE: This is a 29-hour-per-week position.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES:

·        Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook (Calendar)

·        Ability to use office equipment

·        Answer and direct phone calls

·        Organize and schedule appointments

·        Plan meetings and take detailed notes

·        Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

·        Develop and maintaining filing systems

·        Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED AND two years of general office or administrative experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess the following:

·        Five (5) or more years of experience performing administrative or customer service duties.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010/Microsoft Office 365.

·        Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
