Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and assist callers as needed.
- Assist students during open registration.
- Register credit students during drop/add.
- Process drop/add, withdrawal, change of grade and credit-by-exam forms.
- Input data in the BANNER student information system and communicate with students as needed.
- Enters data from forms, records and/or reports using student information database software.
- Processes transcript requests.
- Scan forms and documents for student records.
- Exercise confidentiality in handling students’ records.
- Process enrollment verification letters when needed.
- Assist with graduation applications, audits, and ceremony preparation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree *and* three (3) years of work-related experience.
Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years’ experience in data processing.
- Experience using Degree Works and BANNER student information system.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
