Job Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Foundation Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative support functions to assist the Foundation staff.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, solicitation of funds for OTC Foundation initiatives; oversight of resource management/donor software; assist with financial processes for OTC Foundation; assist with coordination of private grant efforts for the OTC Foundation and performing basic administrative/clerical tasks; assist with coordination and execution of OTC Foundation and OTC events. 

MAJOR DUTIES

  • Performs and completes variety of tasks and assignments associated with support functions for the OTC Foundation;
  • Manages donor database;
    • Researches, gathers and inputs accurate and up to date information pertaining to donors;
    • Oversees and utilizes current donor software for Foundation initiatives;
    • Correctly prepares reports and submits in a timely manner;
    • Maintains strict confidentiality relating to sensitive donor information;
  • Assists with the coordination and execution of scholarship solicitation and scholarship administration;
  • Assists with coordination fundraising activities and special events;
    • Assists with coordination of special events hosted by the College’s advancement division;
    • Contributes to maintaining appropriate documentation and reports relate to special events as requested;
  • Participates in special projects and committees as directed by the supervisor; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field *and* Two (2) years of work related experience *OR* Associate

Degree in Business *and* Three (3) years of work related experience

  • Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

SALARY/BENEFITS:

Commensurate with qualifications.
