Job Description:

Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Provides social services to assist in rehabilitation of law offenders in custody or on probation. Makes recommendations for actions involving formulation of rehabilitation plan and treatment of offender; including conditional release and education and employment stipulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of job-related experience in a human services delivery setting, which includes one (1) year experience in a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role; or Seven (7) years of direct case management job-related experience working with offenders and their families in a human services delivery setting which includes one (1) year experience in a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role; or Two (2) years of experience at the lower level Juv. Probation/Parole Spec 3 (SSP132) or equivalent position.
