Job Description:

Under direct supervision, assists technicians and laboratory scientists with data or specimen collection and laboratory procedures. Performs laboratory-related housekeeping, clerical, and storekeeping duties.

Under the direct supervision of the lab supervisor, the employee would be responsible for the collection of specimens, performing EKGs, vision/hearing screenings, and maintaining, preparing, and organizing lab supplies and equipment, assisting with specimen collection, labeling, and transport. The employee will maintain accurate logs/documentation of specimens/equipment, sterile processing of lab instruments, and processing lab results.
