Job Description:
- Serve as many people as possible
- Provide quality care and service
- Operate in a fiscally responsible manner
- Visit outpatient, crisis, residential, community, and specialty programs throughout the organization
- Assess treatment environments and operational workflows
- Observe clinical practices and provide constructive feedback
- Deliver onsite coaching, consultation, and technical assistance
- Provide education and training to supervisors, clinicians, and direct service staff
- Support implementation of evidence-based practices
- Promote consistency in service delivery throughout the organization
- Facilitate Performance Improvement Committee meetings across assigned programs
- Present performance dashboards and quality indicators
- Review trends in clinical outcomes and operational performance
- Highlight opportunities for improvement using objective data
- Assist leadership teams in developing meaningful performance improvement plans
- Monitor progress toward established quality goals
- Partner with program leadership to evaluate treatment environments
- Provide consultation regarding service guidelines, regulatory expectations, and best practices
- Support implementation of new clinical initiatives
- Assist programs in strengthening treatment quality and operational effectiveness
- Provide company-wide training on quality initiatives
- Educate employees regarding service guidelines and program policies
- Offer ongoing coaching and consultation to supervisors and direct service staff
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned programs and services
- Analyze program performance data
- Develop user-friendly dashboards and reports
- Identify trends and performance indicators
- Communicate outcomes to leadership teams
- Support data-driven decision making
- Monitor utilization and service delivery patterns
- Evaluate programs for compliance with state, federal, contractual, accreditation, and organizational standards
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews
- Assist with internal investigations and reportable incidents
- Develop quality monitoring tools
- Promote continuous quality improvement throughout the organization
- Provide onsite consultation

- Support leadership teams
- Participate in quality improvement activities within 24/7 service settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Master's degree in Business or a Human Services field
- Experience in behavioral healthcare
- Experience with quality improvement or healthcare compliance
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records
- Experience presenting data to leadership teams
- SQL or database experience is a plus
- Work alongside experienced clinical and executive leaders
- Make a measurable impact on patient outcomes
- Lead meaningful quality improvement initiatives
- Travel throughout a diverse regional healthcare system
- Help shape organizational best practices
- Build relationships across multiple clinical programs

Minimum Qualifications:
